Hey guys -
For some reason I can't fathom, I never have all six sprayers working in my window washer. I can only assume there is a clog occuring, but the nozzles are so small, I can't imagine why. Any ideas?

Ditto. My car went from six to four, then three, and now, with 21K miles, only two work, and the one on the passenger side barely makes it to the windshield. An inspection of the nozzles on the outside reveal nothing wrong, so it must be internal. I have not seen others mention this in past threads, so it may not be a widely felt issue.

This happened all the time with on my Chrysler 300, it is easily fixed. Just disconnect the hose leading to the spray jets and blow compressed air through them. I never figured out if it was dirt or if the additive was drying up and clogging them. It usually happened after a cold night that produced frost.

Wait - there are 6 sprayers? Does it actually look like 6 different sprayers when you use them?

I've had my Juke for two weeks now and it seems like I only get the same two nozzles working when I use that function - they go about 5 or 6 inches up the windshield.

I'm assuming that's not working properly?

I had a similar problem all of my front washers ( there are 5 on mine 2 on one side and 3 on the other) were clogged, took it to the dealer and it was a 5 min fix for him. the nozzle assemblies actually pop off very easily with a flat head screw driver disconnected them from the hoses ( make sure you clamp the hose so you down lose it into the cavity)and used a high pressure air gun on the outside end of each nozzle he cleared them all out for me.

he informed me that this is a common issue he has seen for those of us who take our Jukes through automatic car washes. That they just spray the wax everywhere and it or doesn't take much wax to clog those nozzles. He recommended that if i insist on using those car washes to either cover the windshield washers with some kind of tape prior to going through, or use them immediately after the waxing process to flush them out.

hope this helps

What about those of us that don't use the automatic washes? My thought for a BRAND NEW vehicle (of any make/model) would be the possibility of debris from the manufacturing processes somehow getting into the washer fluid tank and eventually plugging the nozzles. This is not to discredit the idea that the wax does get sprayed absolutely everywhere and could easily plug a nozzle...
