Did your phone ask for your permission to share the contacts with the Juke? I think that's what mine did, Galaxy S4.

 

No i connected to the juke "network" in the settings and that was all I could do.

 

What kind of phone do you have (Android/Windows/Apple)?

 

I got iPhone 4 and 2011 Juke SV / No Navigation. Part of my contact book is synchronized, part is not. I have no idea why. Some contacts the system recognize by the name, some stay as a number. Really annoying. Aslo why we can't have bluetooth music streaming in North America?

 

+1 on this! I was disappointed when the dealer told me it didn't stream music. Auxiliary in it is...

Until I can replace the radio.

 

i have an android. I may just go down to the dealership and see whats up
