Hello everyone
I've been reading the forums for the last day or so hoping to find some answers to my current problem but to no avail. So I figured I'd start a new post. I just bought a brand new juke sv with nav package and as of yesterday ( only had it for 9 days) my juke seems to have died. When I say died what I mean is there is no sign of power at all. I did not get any battery warning lights or fading of lights in the cab just one minute I'm driving to the grocery store and 30 min later I go to leave and my car won't start. It would only go into acc mode and off. I followed the recommended start procedure and after my third attempt everything shut off and there was no response and what seemed like no power. The fob would not lock or unlock the doors no light would turn on nothing at all was working. The dealership believes it to be a dead battery but since when does a battery die with no signs of draining or dieing on such a new vehicle? I'm looking for any help I can get. I love my juke and don't want to have to get another vehicle but I need it to be reliable and not spend hours waiting for tow trucks and such.
Thanks in advance for any help or advice given
update I got my Juke back today and it turned out to be a faulty battery ground lead the dealership replaced the leads and sent me on my way. The potential cause was the fact that I bought the showroom model and they disconnect the battery leads often. Thanks to everyone for your advice.
