Anyone know what these marks are on my tyre,

Looks like you got water or other fluid inside the wheels (car wash or big puddle?) and the centrifugal force of the spinning wheel made the marks as the fluid was forced from the inside to the outside.

You can see that it coincides with the "spokes" of the wheel.
