I've checked my fuses I've went so far as to replace fuses, and even order a new radio for my 2015 Juke SV. Something seems off with my fuse panel.. There are blanks (where according to the diagram) There should be fuses.. in Audio/Mirror1 and Audio/Mirror2. Those sockets seem blank.. My main issue is: trying to get my radio up and running again. Photos provided. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can see inside certain fuses receptacles that they are just plastic with no metal connections. Those definitely are not missing fuses. The next consideration I would suggest is that if the system was working previously, then you should only need to replace the fuses that blew... if fuses did not blow or they got replaced, then there should be no change in the fuse box.

Vehicle chassis and electrical are often wired from the factory to support features that are not available on your specific trim level, even in your region/national market (heated side mirrors in US vs Canada is an example of this). It's cheaper for them to use the same fuse box across all markets, even if you don't have all the features. End result is that fuses missing from labeled fuse panels are not abnormal and don't indicate any problems.

your top 10A fuse "ELEC PARTS BAT" appears to be pulled out of the socket. Make sure everything is pushed in to its socket properly. Not saying that's your problem, just an observation. If you have a multimeter, you can probe each side of the fuses (without removing them) and verify you have 12VDC at each fuse and that each fuse is good.
