Hi I have a 2013 juke 1.5 diesel basically the car has gone into limp mode it has no power. It will barely hit 70mph the turbo never kicks in.
I’ve plugged a obd reader into it and it’s giving me the code p1453. I’ve done a search and there could be a few problems, DPF keeps cropping up but I was just wondering has anyone experienced this code or similar problem?

Hi Adam, it’s likely the dpf differential pressure sensor pipe has snapped. It’s only a little rubber pipe down the back of the engine, they become brittle with heat cycles and eventually give out. Bit of a job to do but it’s a cheap part!

I had the pressure sensor pipe changed last month along with major service, now engine light on, won’t gain speed and showing same fault code! I’m fuming! Cost me £600 last month
