Not really but keep using the correct oil for the 2017. It was designed to use that oil.
Oil for Nismo FWD. 5W-20 vs 5W-30
I replaced a 2014 Juke SV which used 30W-5 with a 2017 used Nismo. It wasn't til my 3rd oil change (syn Mobil One 30W-5) did a tech tell me I was supposed to be using 20W-5. I accumulated 20 qts of 30W-5 and wonder if I'm doing any harm using this?

On another note, I took my Nismo for an alignment recently to a Honda dealer. They found 2 bolts missing on the driver side susp(?) and were perplexed. They don't know Nissans. Heard about anything like this?
