Hi all,

I have a 2014 Juke with a Connect 2 system. During a journey the infotainment system will likely restart itself 2-3 times. Each time if you have a destination set it will loose it. Does anyone else have this problem?

Does anyone know how to check what software version I have and what is the latest encase it's software related?

Nissan has updated the software. You can do it via Ebay/ Google search or get an update from the dealer.

I have recently purchased a Sat Nav update from eBay which I am yet to try. Does that include the Connect 2 software update? I thought it was just maps?

It should solve all your issues. If not. Take it to a dealer and ask the service manager.
