We six speed swapped a FWD Juke 4-5 years ago. It is cheaper and easier to just trade in the CVT juke for a six speed. To do it RIGHT, you need an entire crashed six speed donor car. You can "halfway" swap it, but you wont have all vehicle functions, and it won't run great. It also requires some fabrication, as the firewall in the FWD CVT cars is not the same as the FWD six-speed cars.

Parts you need for a successful OBD2 Functioning Swap:

Transmission
Axles
Clutch Assembly
Slave Cyl
Master Cyl
Custom made master cyl mounting in firewall
clutch pedal assembly
six speed brake pedal assembly and bracket
cluster
engine hanress
ipdm
ecu
bcm
key
dash harness
climate controls and radio to match dash harness
ABS module (or reprogram the stock one)
shifter assembly
shifter linkages
shifter linkage mounts
Finally: Nissan has to reprogram the VIN to match the new chassis.

That swap is also not a road legal swap. An AWD Swap requires EVEN MORE parts and custom fabrication than doing a fwd to fwd.
