hahahaha i gotcha after posting i realized this forum isnt actually affiliated with nissan official.

on learning of the error brought on by my foolish & trusting nature...3 f&*%ing yrs later, i have requested a (partial) refund that will pay down some of the auto loan.
they placed many hurdles in my way tho, bless 'em

i suppose this could read as a life lesson to buyers who dont do due diligence regarding research before buying a used vehicle lol

I work at a nissan dealership. if you have not used them you can get a certain amount back. you have to contact the dealership you got it from as some warrenties are not backed by nissan but through third party warreanty companies. but you should get at lease some of the money back as long as you have exceeded the terms of it and never used it. most dealers bank on the fact that no one will come back afterwards to claim the money.
