Alright everyone. I scored us Juke members a good deal (as seen on another thread). We are going to do a group buy on Turbosmart products. If you need something, post the part number and I will let you know the special price. We need a total of 10 wastegates to get the deal. Here is our list so far...

Wastegate $150 + $12.?? shipping to the US. Out of country, PM me your address for a quote.

So far we have for the wastegate (which includes springs for 7 or 14PSI)...

- CDN JUKE RS
- Storm Trooper (guess I will join the club)
- Fabonick
- Johnnyrocket
- the dave
- 1806 (International shipping)
- edconline + (Canada)
- Jook Joint + Kompact Plumb Back BOV
- Jstaples17 + Dual Port BOV
- TomcatD + Dual Port BOV
- Jukin Like A Boss

I will update this post as we go and add more people to the list. If you need a wastegate right now, I can get them for $170 without the GB.

$150 - TS-0203-1210 Kompact BOV Juke (Plumb back style)
$180 - TS-0203-1010 Kompact Dual port BOV
$150 - TS-0615-3142 Wastegate (GB Price)

For Chris -

UPDATE!!!

EVERYTHING I'VE SAID UP TO THIS POINT! VOID IT OUT OF YOUR MINDS! I'VE DELETED ALL MY OTHER COMMENTS THUS FAR!
Do NOT preload your wastegate with BOTH springs still in. If you are running only ONE 7 psi spring then yes, you will preload but DO NOT PRELOAD WITH BOTH SPRINGS! After realizing today I screwed up and why my results were so touchy was because I failed to clamp down a hose so it would leak from that position once boost reached a certain level.

Now that I've got everything corrected, with ZERO preload the wastegate will hold UP TO 25 psi before tapering down to set pressure. It takes far too much pressure for the combined 14 psi spring to open up and release enough gases due to our super quick spooling turbos. I actually now have it set with the wastegate 1mm OPEN to leak and prevent so much over boost and it is finally peaking around 20 psi which my tune is for anyways so it is fine for me.

I REPEAT! FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT TUNED, DO NOT USE BOTH SPRINGS! YOU WILL OVER BOOST AND POP YOUR MOTOR!!!!

If you remove a spring THEN you will preload. WITH BOTH SPRINGS IN, YOU WILL NEED A TUNE ASAP! EVEN WITH 1 SPRING IS HESITANT WITH NO PRELOAD AND NO TUNE!

I'm not sure if turbosmart did not research far enough into this or if they just decided to make a mount to fit the Juke but 14 psi spring total is WAY TOO MUCH for your average Juke owner! I recommend removing one ASAP! Remember that the wastegate spring does not start to open UNTIL 14. Not fully opened. Testing full open, it does not fully open till 32 psi!

PLEASE OP! ADD THIS TO YOUR ORIGINAL POST SO THIS DOES NOT HAVE TO BE SEARCHED FOR THROUGH OUT THE THREAD!!!

Just to avoid confusion - there are a few different part numbers being thrown around. Let's get this sorted out.

Initially Storm quoted:

$150 - TS-0203-1227 Compact BOV Retail $185
$170 - TS-0615-3142 Dual port BOV Retail $205
$300 - TS-0205-1026 Wastegate Retail $370

And ChrisChorn thought they were switched around.

But these are listed on the TS site that some members are quoting:

TS-0203-1010

The Kompact Dual Port blow-off valve is a direct replacement for the stock bypass valve on the Subaru WRX MY08-14 as well as the new Nissan Juke/Pulsar Turbo.

TS-0203-1210

Full recirculating BOV. The Plumb Back system recirculates all excess pressure back into the intake system. Great for enthusiasts not wanting to be noticed but wanting the performance and reliability benefits of a quality BOV. Suits Subaru WRX MY08-14 as well as the new Nissan Juke/Pulsar Turbo

Some are quoting:
TS-0615-3142 – IWG-75 Internal Wastegate Actuator - this seems right

The TS-0205-1026 Storm quoted looks to be a BOV applicable for Nissan Skyline GT-S and GT-R, R32, R33, R34 and R35 (excluding R32 GTS-t)

TS-0203-1227 Storm quoted looks to be a Juke Kompact Plumb Back Bypass Valve

Thank you for the clarification on the part numbers. I should have listed them in the first post with the correct description next to them.

I guess what I'm asking is: can you clarify the prices TS is willing to give you for the Juke BOVs?

TS-0203-1010 - Kompact Dual Port blow-off valve

TS-0203-1210 - Full recirculating Plumb Back BOV

We know that you can get the TS-0615-3142 – IWG-75 Internal Wastegate Actuator for $150 + shipping with the Group Buy.

PS - thank you for putting this together.

No that is still a valid part for the Juke. Think of it as the OEM replacement.

You need to contact Turbo Smart for us and clear up the confusion as to why there is 2 part numbers for apparently the same Kompact full recirculation valve for the Juke.

The plumb back is either 100% plumbed or 100% dump. The dual port can go in between like say 75% plumb back/25% dump or 25% plumb back and 75% dump or 100% plumb or 100% dump or anywhere in between.

TS-0505-2006 is part number for 7 psi outer spring to effectively make your wastegate a 14 psi wastegate.

^Thank you for this. Chris - so - this makes sense?

Hi,

Speaking to a local pulsar specialist they say they can get 15psi from the standard actuator (which has roughly 7psi spring in it), ours uses a spring with a higher rate so it will hold more boost and not drop off as much so I believe you should be able to get good results on a stock car. Adding a high flow exhaust will mean the actuator doesn't have to work as hard against the backpressure created by the standard exhaust, however if you're doing all other bolt-ons (intake, ic, hardpipes, dv) and getting the car tuned there is no point not getting a higher spring rating in the actuator. Use the 7psi outer spring in combination with the 7psi middle spring the actuator is supplied with to give you a base of 14psi.

Since we have had some more people slowly trickling in, I am going to hold the order off until Monday to hopefully get a few more people in on the deal. This also gives me more time to get out of country shipping figured out.
