The radio display is very dim and disappears when the lights are switched on. It’s a 2011 reg juke and doesn’t have the day / night button and we have never noticed the displays dimming when the lights come previously. I can’t see the radio display sufficiently to read the auxiliary settings to see any display adjustment. Is there supposed to be brightness adjustment under the AUX button. Otherwise how do I adjust the brightness?11

Factory radios are pretty poor quality. If you got 11 years out of yours, I think that is very good. Maybe time for a new one

Tried to persuade my wife to change the car but it's only done 29000 miles, flies through MOTs and looks like new so no agreement there.
I think the issue was high temperature as this late last night and thus morning it seems ok, I'll try settings to see if I can adjust it slightly

Lol, I wasn’t suggesting to change the car, just the radio. You can get a really good radio for a few hundred dollars.
