My clutch burnt out (2017 42k miles, second owner) now it won't turn on nor even have the power come on (for like windows radio and to unlock steering)

Has anyone had this problem?
Is there a connection between the clutch and power system or a fuse?

Thanks!

The mechanic called said it was the battery fuse box that blew, he said he sees it most often in cars that are jumped wrong, but it did this before the tow guy put jumpers on it (which didn't do anything).. musta blown when I tried to start the car after the clutch burnt out to turn my wheels to the curb. $60 part from dealership, other places didn't have it either

Yeah fuses are usually the culprit, but keep an eye on them 'cause if they keep popping then something has to be done about it. Don't risk a fire.

Thanks! He's replacing the battery fuse box today, hoping it was just a glitch and not a sign of a deeper problem. Thanks for the reminder and heads-up!
