Cleaning throttle body

Would I want to take the whole throttle off or just spray and wipe down the inside. Seems like if I don’t take apart everything will just go deeper into the throttle body

DO NOT open the throttle plate manually. You can damage it. If you want to clean it you need to remove it and wipe down both sides WITHOUT moving the plate.

Why are you cleaning it? the throttle's do not usually get dirty enough to make any sort of fuel economy or performance difference on these engines.

Okay well that’s good to know atleast. Been having weird problems with the car from the get go as you know. I’ve taken it to 4 mechanics now. I’ve done spark plugs, cvt drain and refill, changed pcv. Hasn’t fixed the cars weird hesitation. I don’t know if it’s normal but when I stop at a light and then take off it’ll go up to 2000 or so rpms then drop then I feel the speed. When it’s holding the 2k rpms it feels like it’s barley moving. And rpms seem to move all over the place when ac is on in idle or stopping you can feel the jerkiness of the car when driving with the ac on the most. No codes atm most I ever had was a p0101 and a misfire but I’m pretty sure I got the misfire fixed

Also comes with a weird rattle noise that I can only really hear when I lower windows
With the CVT, all of the things you are describing sound normal. The turbo doesn't kick in until the upper 2000 rpms, close to 3000 and it feels strongest around 4500 (when stock). Just drive it little harder, it will be happier and so will you.

The rattle could be either the direct injection or the exhaust rubbing on the chassis.
