Is it normal for the juke to feel every little bump on the road while driving?
If not, could it be the tires? I believe it's still got the same good year tires since 2014

Tires do affect the feel of the ride. stiffer side walls, different rubber compounds, size, etc all affect how much road vibrations transfer to the suspension. The Juke does have a more sporty suspension compared to most other compact crossovers and SUVs.

Yes, it is a sport compact vehicle:
Every. Bump.

You can try for smaller wheels like 15 or 16 (stock are 17 or 18) and then get the correct size tires to maintain the same rolling diameter. This will give you more tire to absorb shock.

Once you go squishy then you will want the precise driving character the Juke has and will most likely want that back. Pros and cons.

My lowered SL has a totally different feel to my wifes stock SV, her's is like soft and squishy - by comparison to my hard bumpy ride - but with that, I can take turns and stuff way quicker than her car can...
