I recently purchased a Nissan Juke Tekna 1.5dci 65plate

It's a cat N, was told front end crash resulting in bumper and wing damage (repaired). He also replaced passenger side control arm (lower wishbone). I took it to tyre shop to be tracked and he said it wasn't worth it as it's only 2 degrees out. But when I'm turning less than a quarter turn of the steering wheel it feels like the front wheels are slipping, even when going less than 5mph. They're not rubbing on the body but sliding across the ground.

Any idea what this could be? Tyres are good except for front left, 3mm tread where all the others have 6mm, and wear on the outer edge.
