Hi all

Hoping somebody is able to shed some light on why my car won’t start.

2020 F16 manual 1.0 tekna dig-t

Unfortunately the car has suffered a front end (lower bumper section) collision and subsequently also now has roof damage from a pallet dropping onto it.

No air bags have deployed or any radiator damage etc.
Ignition turns on but there start button only brings up an engine malfunction system fault.

is there a cut off switch or similar on these?

please advice

You will probably need a dealership’s help. Many new cars kill the power to the fuel pump when a collision is detected. Not sure how to reset that.
appreciate the reply.
Changed the battery and it started, however I still have error issues which I will clear once repaired.

Too many sensors these new cars and you need a dealer to reset. Bear in mind that there is a front monitor sensor below the front plate numbers.
