Stock or OEM comparable. Any good independent mechanic will be able to get you what you need. Sure they may have their favorite or a brand they always use, but almost all brake manufacturers have different tiers or levels. It all depends how much you want to pay. As for rotors, again, stock or OEM comparable. You won’t gain anything out of drilled or slotted rotors, unless you track your Juke... heavily.
All said and done, my last brake and rotor job (about 10k miles ago at around 65k miles) was $630 at a local mechanic.
