Head gasket gone on our 1.5dci K9K410 2012. Been advised to put used engine in can I use any other model engine? Told price to do head gasket and engine change same price. My car done 163k any advice welcome thanks

Lots of DCI's in the UK. Just get one from a wrecking yard. Lowest mileage possible. You should be good to go.

We hear good things about them over here in the states. Too bad we never got them.

Just wondering if anyone has dropped a 636 in place of a 410. It would be terrible if it didn't fit or the ECU etc. was incompatible.
Sorry to hear you don't get them in the US. I thought they were popular over there.

Jukes are but we only got the 1.6 Turbo MRDDT16.

ECU's tend to be engine specific so I doubt an easy swap would be possible. Wiring harness. Transmission. ECU. Etc.
