does anyone know what could be causing this? it’s a very quick (but very noticeable) shake and only happens when it’s idling in drive while the AC is on. it happens frequently, but not constantly. my mechanic unfortunately cannot figure it out. has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi everyone! I just bought a pre-owned 2012 1.6 Acenta. The engine makes a consistent ticking/hum when the car is idling. I'm not sure if this is normal and I never noticed it before or is this something I should be concerned about? Does anyone recognize this sound?

My 2012 Juke SV 6spd is burning roughly a quart of oil every 800 miles. There's no smell and I've only noticed smoke when I need to open her up in Normal or Sport mode. It is a sizeable cloud if I really get the revs up before shifting. Now I'm always driving in Eco mode to chill out the engine...
