Yes please. When can we expect some updates on your massively ambitious concept?

Since I have to pull my engine and transmission anyways when I install my transmission for my manual AWD conversion project may as well have a clutch made that that can handle some serious power.

When my transmission comes in from Japan. It's coming over in a container which is why it's taking so long. The hardest part of the project is just sourcing all the right parts.

No matter what side of the debate you find yourself on, this is very funny.

2J Announces Kit and does not say exactly what you will need to attain said power. We already know you will not need your front bumper and air filter. It says nothing about a clutch recommendation. It may take boostane too.

Quote "It can be done.. 300whp on pump gas with proper parts and tuning. 317whp with boostane"

Here is the video of what Joe posted after he hit 300.32 whp. Clutch is shot. Yeah its at 59k miles. SO what. You think anyone thats gonna put this turbo kit on has less than 30K ?

    https://youtu.be/u51rl4IDW8A

A regular Juke will blow the clutch. A Nismo will blow the clutch and did at 300.32. A RS will live a little while depending on how they beat it.

    I admit when I am wrong too. I thought it was 300.2. It was 300.32. Woops. <img src="https://www.jukeforums.com/forum/images/smilies/wink.png" border="0" alt="" title="" class="inlineimg" /> POINT THREE TWO over 300. ROFL.

HI EVERYBODY (especially @Macgyver) This is one of my first posts on this whole forum. I own the 300 wheel horsepower juke that joe tuned. Macgyver I just wanna ask you if you know me or anything about my juke or my build at all?? No. Okay thought so. With that out of the way: MY CLUTCH WAS SLIPPING BEFORE THE TURBO UPGRADE!!! Stop going around talking about stuff you know nothing about. So yeah I made 300 and 317 on a slipping clutch. It was slipping long before that. Ask anybody in the street scene in my area they all know that it was slipping back when I made 250/259. And the reason it was slipping: I drive hard af on race tracks and the street.

Stop going around saying joe killed my clutch lol it was dying before that.

And if you’re wondering why I got a turbo upgrade then tuned when I already knew I had a slipping clutch, it’s because I have enough money to do that and go back and retune it later so I didn’t care if that was the case. I was even planning on upgrading to Joe’s turbo kit this summer after going with a Clutchmasters clutch.

Anyway bud no hard feelings just stop spouting off thinking you know me or my build because you don’t. Idek who you are either just that you have a lot of posts and I’ve seen you around the forums a lot

Yup . That's kinda what I thought, well put Pukey, er Jukey, er Juklear.
To sum up JukeOut, you have 4 posts the last being that you slammed a veryknowledgeable and well respected member of this forum. You are correct, he does not know your juke nor you his or mine or whoevers...
Anyone can come on here and state they have xHP and yTQ and show a chart ... this does not mean it is theirs. AND because a chart shows xHP does not mean you make that on the street - moot point. When I watch vids of 2000hp Supras and GTRs I get all gitty like a schoolJuklear because I know I will never have that power in my Juke... I am happy without breaking the bank and flaunting "I can afford it" to get pretty decent bang for the buck from an econocar that is meant for old ladies.

2Jr midpipe installation coming soon (stupid seized nuts). Hidden Content
    Eibach pro-kit spring install SOON
Custom black FMIC create/install sooner rather than later

Gen2 boost controller/gauge/f'erupper still in the works (if you don't know it find it or go away)

Right, I’m not trying to slam him just making sure we all stay in our respective boundaries. @Macgyver I’m really not trying to start beef.

I’ll post a video to YouTube showing me beating a bolted and tuned 5.0 and a cammed tuned LS 5.3 catfish mató and getting barely beaten by a 550 whp Shelby if you want. Is there a way I can post videos here without putting it on YouTube first? I ran close to neck and neck with a stock hellcat (still lost). I have videos of the dyno happening. I just don’t understand why people find it so hard to believe. Joe spent 5-6 hours tuning my juke and playing with it on a Saturday in his free time to get those numbers. It was no easy task. LOTS of playing around and tweaking small things here and there and over 50 dyno pulls if I had to guess. As the person who owned that car and drove it every day (daily driver) and a college student in physics, I love numbers. I crunch numbers all the time; power to weight and drag coefficient etc to see how my little juke would stack against cars with much more power and my numbers almost always proved to be exactly what happened when we actually lined up. And that’s using the dyno numbers I got at 2J. All I’m saying is that my numbers are real and if you were ever in this area and saw it run some time you’d believe it too.

Don't wanna speak for SLC, but I did just purchase his fluids (giggity) and asked him; he said the current disposition is driveable and he is still working out a solution with Pat. He said he wouldn't be coming around here much more so thought I'd pass the info along. If I hear differently I will report back.
