    Rebuilt Turbo, need reliable source

2013, 1.6, turbo bearings shot. I just want to replace with reputable rebuilt turbo so I can sale, any sources... first one I came across on Amazon is BuyAuto for $1095... I will get the lines etc, from Nissan unless there is a reputable kit

    Thanks! first post

looks like buyauto.com is the biggest source. There is also one on ebay that says OEM with "new center cartridge" assume that is everything but housing, so assuming that would be ok...?

I would check a local junkyard or eBay for a used one to get a baseline. Whichever you do, change the oil lines as they plug up over time.

    Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market

There are some junk yards that will warranty their parts.

As far as rebuilds. I would check around locally and see if a shop can source one for you.

Ok, I found a great source for rebuilt turbo: https://www.ebay.com/usr/blaastperformance this guy Guillaume in Montreal is very responsive and even called to make sure I purge the feed line with oil pressure before connecting, otherwise can ruin brand new turbo due to no lube a start up.
