I remember reading about this a couple of months ago and was wondering if everyone got their checks yet? I figured I would be on a later batch and then just forgot about it until now...
and yes, I do remember being qualified because my sticker shows the incorrect tank size.
Early AWD models had the wrong size gas tank specified on the window sticker. Nissan sent out a check to most folks affected and also offered to buy back the Juke if you were unhappy.
I got my check months ago. If you should qualify and didn't get a check give Nissan a call.
I bought my car in December, got my check in June. Was surprised to get it, wasn't expecting it (never bothered to look to see if I was eligible as I knew the true tank size).
I have talked with Nissan twice and I am suppose to be getting a check. My window sticker does have the wrong size on it... I ordered my car in Oct and picked it up Feb 1st. The last time I spoke with them they said if I have not received it by the end of July to call them back. So I am still stalking my mail carrier.... lol

Just got my check... better late than never.
Sucks how the date they wrote the check was May 9th, and check expires in 90 days. I received it last week... I'm wondering why they cut it so close.
