    Juke S FWD uninteneded acceleration

So I noticed over the last two days that the Juke likes to accelerate on its own. It only seems to do this in a certain situation. I have a 40 mile highway drive to work. When I get off the highway, I sit at one light then turn into a parking garage. Once I get through the gate into the garage, I generally go about 10 mph to get to my spot. The CVT usually locks in at about 1000 rpm and I will steadily cruise there. Then all of a sudden (foot off the gas) the rpm will jump to about 1300 and the car will accelerate a few mph on its own. I then have to hit the brake to slow it down.

    Anyone else experience this?

We have had all sort of weird stuff with ours. yes at times ours does the same. Fully warmed up the idle is never the same. At times its 600rpm sitting at a stop light. Go to the next light and stop and its at 1000-1200rpm. We also have had times (happened again yesterday) that you let off the gas and the car stays at the high revs mimicking sport mode sort of on deceleration, even though its in normal mode. A few times it has also climbed to almost red line accelerating slowly in normal mode when the shifter is in auto, and had to flick it to manual and back to stop it. Isn't modern technology wonderful
I think were all "beta testers" for Nissan buying a first year car. Give them a couple years and the Juke may be semi reliable once they get all the software to mechanical bugs worked out.
