ventilation problems ?!

Hello,
Need a help. I bought my Juck in November 2011, and I was realy happy, untill..... two days ago the fan just do not want to work on the 1, 2 and 3rd stages, just in the 4th. Did somebody else experienced the same problem? I migh let the fan on the 3rd, and in -22 deg. C when I started by my remote the car, just was too cold, and in might have been too much for a delicat equipement?!!?? Bizare, or what? Pls comment!

Sounds like the fan control resistor got blown. What else is connected to your remote start? Sounds like whoever installed it is going to be paying for something.
