    For example Toyota's 1.8L 16V (182 hp) engine index is 2ZZ-GE, BMW 4.4i M (555 hp) - N63B44, Nissan 4.5 V8 (333 hp) - VK45DE, etc.

190? I thought it was 188? I know that doesn't really mean anything.

I'm interested in this mod thing...
Isn't the fact that the turbo is in the back of the engine (facing the firewall) going to be tricky for modding? And what about the fact that this engine has a second set of injectors (direct injection) going to make it more difficult?
Any comments or elaborate on this subject would be appreciated (I know it's a brand new model but if anyone has ideas...)

is the juke twin turbo? only reason i asked is because the tt designation on nissan engine usually mean twin turbo(ie rb26dett, vg30dett, etc...)

it will be tricky due to its location but its not gonna be too hard. its definitely not gonna be as hard as working on a 300zx. those have barely any room for anything in their engine bay.

nope it's not, I am familiar with the codes and it think they just named the non turbo MR16DT and added a T again for the turbo.

curious too about this, I also think there will be way lot of room behind the front bumper for a bigger FMIC, for what I could see in the video, it a FMIC on it's side.

I think this wil be a engine wich will be allot of fun with the ecu tweeking instead of some phyiscal changes

i agree. i think there's a lot of fun to be had with softmods on this type of car.
on a side note - how much difference in power do you think
aftermarket air filters and exhaust will have?

well an exhaust, can be very usefull with turbo engines.
just because turbo is all about the exhaust
but with the n/a engines it just the looks and the sound

but an airfilter, it just sounds great
