You purchased a vehicle without knowing if it's FWD or AWD?!!!?!?
Check out Curious' Post:
Here are a couple of writeups describing the differences between a 4WD and an AWD...The Juke is offered with AWD and if your Juke is an AWD then it should be clearly stamped on the right rear as well as listed on your window sticker when purchased...
And easier yet ...if your muffler is mounted sideways its an AWD!

2012 Haptic Blue Juke CVT AWD
With mud guards, leather armrest, wind deflectors, trunk guard, rubber front mats, velour rear mats, soft trunk mat, under tonneau tray, superguard, better headlamp bulbs, hood deflector, Mer alloy wheel wax, stick-on rear inside lights.
It can happen - people are focusing on other things at the time. By the time they finally pick their model, they aren't sure what they've got.
I went in requiring AWD, and they almost talked me into a manual.... They knew what I wanted and were so busy showing me all the different permutations that I almost missed that the manual is FWD only. And hey - to some, FWD might mean Four Wheel Drive.... not Front.
In the end of my sale, I was still making sure what package I have. All the acronyms can be bit much. The car has such pull I simply worked very quickly because I wanted to drive it asap. I am so perfectly happy with my Jukester.
Thinking about adding fog lamps....
Turns out I have the FWD and love it just the same!
The Pure Drive Emblem is Awesome! I will be purchasing that before the vehicle and have it ready to stick on as soon as it arrives. I refuse to drive a car unless it has the Pure Drive emblem on it. Going to put one on my wife too!
If you purchase a 2012, the emblem comes on the car factory installed. Are you looking at a 2011? Also, I seem to remember the dealer giving me some additional info concerning the requirements for meeting Nissan's "Pure Drive" designation. I could be wrong. You get a lot of additional manuals and info from Nissan at the time of purchase. I had a binder when I left the dealer with my car.
2012 Cayenne Red SL AWD CVT
Look under the car. If you see a drive shaft at each wheel, it is AWD. If you see them only at the front wheels, then it is FWD. Also, AWD models have independant rear suspension, not a long beam from left to right wheels. Hope this will help you.
